How elegance happens

I've just finished reading a really interesting article about French Laundry. Not panties and shirts. It's a schmoozy restaurant in San Francisco. "Arguably the best restaurant in the country," according to author Sophie Brinkman.

After watching a few seasons of Top Chef I know a lot more about cooking for fine dining than I did. But as with any "sneak peek" it's really an illusion. Sophie's article gives a glimpse into how a three star establishment gets the food on the table.
