Truth to tell, I couldn't pick a Jewel song out of a line up if it had a label. I just ran across this video of her doing a great Neil Young song. She's really impressive.
Needle and the Damage Done is obviously about a junky. If it weren't for Jewel's finger picking I'd think she was high as a kite. Her interpretation of the lyrics is eerily evocative. Check it out.
