Unexpected delight on a plate

It's not that I didn't expect good food. I just didn't expect that food in that restaurant.
Case in point.

This is the Mac 'n' Cheese at Quality Seafood. Obviously it is mis-named - it should be Spaghetti 'n' Cheese. Sitting next to a perfectly grilled piece of trout it is a joy to behold and an even greater joy to eat. But who would have thought to go to a seafood joint to find great Mac 'n' Cheese? Regardless, this side is worthy of being the main course. YUM!
