OK - I'm not always so much for the evening news. In fact I never watched it till Richard started messing with the remote on the TV. But, regardless, I'm amazed I missed this.
This is the "TEAR DROP" made and installed by the Russians to honor those who died in 9 11 and a statement against terrorism. It is very impressive.
The tear drop is lined up with the Statue of Liberty .
What a moving tribute. Thanks to Ted for sending this to me.
