Today's definition of neighborhood.

.
I drove home from Dallas yesterday on about 5 hours of sleep. I am old. That's not enough sleep. Add driving 200 miles on top of the exhaustion and I was completely unwilling to go to the grocery store when I got home.

So, I called Janis and she gave me enough milk for two bowls of cereal. And Cathy gave me a banana. It's now 11 the next morning and I've slept and, thanks to wonderful neighbors, eaten. Now I can face the grocery store.

Today's definition of a great neighborhood: A couple of neighbors who will spot you some milk and a banana in a pinch.

Thanks!
.
